Registration Policies
Payment
Please make checks payable to Indiana Area Recreation. Do not mail cash! Cash is only accepted at the Recreation Office. Residents from outside the Indiana Area School District will be assessed a $10.00 out of district fee, in addition to the program fee. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Full refunds are given only if a program is filled or cancelled. A refund less a $10.00 administrative charge is only given prior to the second meeting of the program. You may also receive a full credit towards any of our other programs in the amount of the credit. After the second meeting of the program, no refunds or credit will be issued.
Notification
No confirmation notices will be sent. All registrations submitted to the office should be considered accepted. You should attend the program as scheduled. You will be notified if any changes occur
Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Registrations will not be accepted the first day at the program site. Insufficient program registration is a cause of cancellation & all programs dates and locations are subject to change. We reserve the right to change or limit sign up times & number of participants to provide you with quality programming.
Weather Cancellations
If inclement weather occurs on a day when a program is scheduled, you will receive a phone call notifying you of the program being cancelled. If the Indiana Area School District cancels school due to inclement weather the Recreation office will be closed and all programs and activities will be cancelled.
Standard Fees
The standard registration fee should be paid at least three days prior to the start of the program. A $2.00 discount will apply if a second child is registered for the same program. Qualifying individuals may be eligible for reduced program rates, please call or stop in for additional information.
